Has my order shipped?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. We will make every effort to process expedited orders within 24 hours of placement, however, we do not guarantee same day processing.
Processing times will increase during the holiday seasons due to heavier order submissions.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To change an order after it has been submitted, please call Pi Phi Express at (800) 322–1867. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
Please allow up to seven days to receive your package. If it has not arrived in this time frame, email firstname.lastname@example.org
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please check your packing slip; it will indicate if the missing item is backordered. If you feel something was left out in error, email email@example.com.
When will my backorder arrive?
Your packing slip will indicate if an item is on backorder and its approximate ship date.
Can I ship items from Pi Phi Express internationally?
If package is shipping to another country other than the US or Canada, please call Pi Phi Express directly to place your order.
